Shipping Policy
Product shipping times are as follows (unless otherwise stated):
Commissioned Art and Custom Wedding Bouquet Paintings: 3-4 weeks
Wall Covering Samples- 5-7 business days
Wall Covering Yardage- 3-4 weeks
The customer must assume responsibility for providing accurate shipping information and payment to the carrier. Please note that Tulip Magnolia Design cannot assume responsibility for lost or redirected shipments, regardless of destination or borders crossed.
Tulip Magnolia Design cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping, although we will be happy to try to replace any damaged order, within reason.
