Hello!

I'm Natalie, a self-taught artist and designer. I truly enjoy the artistic process and the calming, whimsical feel of watercolor, my preferred medium. Tulip Magnolia was born in 2015 when I was 8 months pregnant with my second daughter.  To this day, I still don't know what exactly made me pick up a paint brush, but I have been painting ever since! My love for gardening and whimsical, vintage inspired decor has led me to incoropate my art in to textiles.

We live in Athens, GA- a town rich in the arts, which keeps me inspired every day.  I am a licensed veterinarian and practiced equine medicine after vet school.  Today, I spend most of my time either painting or running around with our two busy daughters.
